Sep 2020 - PCYC Grafton Completed
We are proud to have finished this quality PCYC project in Grafton NSW. It is the largest PCYC in regional NSW and working almost exclusively with local trades, it is a great result for the community. Completed in August and formerly opened by the Police Minister the Hon Mr David Elliot MP on 25/9/2020. With the project design initially well over budget, Safin worked with the consultants primarily AJC Architects to modify multiple design options that enabled the project to proceed within the cost restraints without compromising the concept or quality of finishes.
May 2020 - PCYC Grafton - Refurbishment, construction and fit out of Grafton Sports Centre to new PCYC facility with gymnasium, amenities and basketball courts.

Once this PCYC NSW club is finished it will be the 65th in New South Wales and the largest outside of Sydney. PCYC NSW is working to ensure the new Grafton facility will meet the needs of the community and prides itself on taking a tailored and collaborative community-focused approach. This will remain at the centre of development plans for PCYC Grafton.

04/11/15 - Safin Pty Ltd will be relocating office to the McMahons Point village on 1 December 2015.
The new address will be 135 Blues Point Road, McMahons Point, 2060 NSW. All other company details will remain the same including Locked Bag address and telephone/fax numbers etc.
10/05/15 - Completed Alterations and Additions - Gladesbay Gardens:
23/01/15 - Completed fitout at North Shore Marist College, North Sydney.
12/11/14 - Safin awarded Horton House Gordon Project to commence January 2015, completion 2016.
12/11/14 - Horton House Hunters Hill - Fire upgrade and refurbishment completed and opened.
10/11/14 - The Glades Bay Gardens Stage Two (Refurbishments and Improvements) has been completed and reopened on the 10th of November 2014 by Senator the honorable Mitch Fifield M.P, assistant minister for social services.
01/10/14 - Safin, Kellyville (Our Lady Of The Angels) - Winner of the AWA award for the best use of windows & doors in a new commercial construction.
07/08/14 - Catholic Care Five Dock (New Safin Project), - The Minister of Family and Community Services, the honorable Gabrielle Upton MP, joined Catholic Care Sydney and the Property Industry for a sod-turning ceremony on the 7th August 2014, to launch an exciting new construction for the homeless youth in Five Dock.
13/07/14 - Safin has been re-audited and re-certified for OHS, Environmental and QA Certification from QCSE from July 14.
